By accessing or using the Software, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or use the Software.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering, accessing, or using the Software, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Use of the Software

The Software is intended solely for the management and administration of educational institutions, including but not limited to:

• Schools
• Colleges
• Universities
• Training Institutes

You agree:

• To use the Software only for lawful purposes
• Not to misuse, hack, disrupt, or interfere with the system
• Not to use the Software for any fraudulent or unauthorized activities

4. User Accounts

To access certain features, users may be required to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Ensuring all activities under your account are authorized
• Immediately notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach

We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account use.

• Use branding without prior written permission

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EduMile Academy a Unit of EduMile Consultancy and Infotech Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Business interruption or system downtime
